Refund Policy
We want you to be happy with Leadgrabr. If something doesn't work as advertised, we'll refund you. This page explains exactly when refunds are available and how to request one.
When you're eligible for a refund
You can request a refund within 7 days of your purchase if any of the following apply:
- The extension fails to perform a feature it advertises (for example, sending bulk messages or attaching files), and the failure is reproducible after we attempt to help you fix it.
- You purchased a plan but were never able to activate the license against your WhatsApp number, and we are unable to resolve the activation issue.
- You were charged twice for the same plan due to a payment-system error.
- You upgraded to a paid plan within the last 7 days and have not used any paid feature beyond a brief evaluation.
When refunds are not available
We are unable to offer refunds in the following situations:
- WhatsApp account actions. If WhatsApp restricts, suspends, or terminates your account, this is outside our control. We provide safety features to reduce risk, but we cannot guarantee against bans, and ban-related refund requests will not be honoured. This is disclosed prominently in our pricing, FAQ, and Terms of Service.
- Beyond the 7-day window. Requests made more than 7 days after purchase will not be processed except in cases of demonstrated service failure.
- Significant use. If you have already sent more than 100 messages or used Premium features substantially, we will not refund the purchase. The free tier exists specifically so you can evaluate the product before paying.
- Misuse. Refunds are not available where we determine that you have violated our Acceptable Use policy — in particular, where the extension was used for spam, fraud, or harassment.
- Subscription periods already used. For monthly plans, refunds are not pro-rated for partial months already consumed. You can cancel anytime to avoid the next charge.
How to request a refund
Email akshay.kini@leadgrabr.com from any address you can prove ownership of, and include:
- The phone number you used at Razorpay checkout
- The Razorpay payment ID (from your payment confirmation email)
- A short description of why you're requesting a refund
We aim to respond within 2 business days. If approved, refunds are issued through Razorpay back to the original payment method. Bank settlement times vary but typically take 5–7 business days.
How to cancel a recurring subscription
Monthly Growth and Business plans renew automatically. To stop further charges, you can either:
- Open your Razorpay payment confirmation email and follow the cancellation flow there, or
- Email us at akshay.kini@leadgrabr.com and we'll cancel for you.
Cancelling stops future renewals. Your plan continues to work for the remainder of the current billing period; we do not pro-rate refunds for unused days within a month already paid.
About the Lifetime plan
The Lifetime plan is a one-time payment of ₹4,999. Standard 7-day refund eligibility applies. Beyond 7 days, the Lifetime purchase is non-refundable. We commit to operating Leadgrabr for at least three years from your purchase date; if we discontinue the service before then, we will issue a pro-rata refund based on the time remaining.
